Privacy notice
What this site collects and why.
Orders
When you check out we store the plan you chose, your name, email, callback phone number, preferred contact language, and, if you request a number transfer, the number to transfer and your current carrier. We use this to fulfill your order and so an agent can call you about it.
Payment
Payment is completed on Stripe's hosted page. We never see, collect, or store card numbers. We receive confirmation of the payment outcome and a payment reference from Stripe.
Number transfers
We never collect carrier account IDs, transfer PINs, or passwords on this website. A customer service agent collects them by phone when helping with your transfer.
Partner applications
If you apply to become a dealer or affiliate we store what you submit in the form so we can follow up.
Language preference
A small cookie remembers the language you chose so the site opens in that language next time.
